Walmart and Outlier Ventures launch Web3 accelerator program: 5 companies were selected, covering areas such as advertising and payment
On October 24th, Walmart's incubation department Store N°8 and crypto venture capital firm Outlier Ventures launched the Web3 accelerator program Store N°8 Base Camp. Over 370 startups applied, but only 5 were selected. The program lasts for 12 weeks, and the 5 selected companies are HypeLab (Web3 advertising), Reveel (programmable payment infrastructure), Tide Protocol (data-driven Web3 marketing), Tokenguard (Web3 growth analysis platform), and Unblock (cross-border payments). These startups are based in the United States, Italy, Poland, and the United Kingdom. The focus of the program is "decentralized commerce," which means improving the experience for retailers and consumers through Web3 innovation. Participating startups will also have access to Store N°8's e-commerce, retail, marketing, media, Web3, gaming, and venture capital networks for support.
