According to the Hong Kong Monetary Authority's "Cyberport Dollar" pilot program, ARTA-Emali, a Hong Kong-listed company under Yu Shengkejin, has successfully developed a hypothetical digital Cyberport Dollar payment and investment solution. Investors can use the hypothetical digital Cyberport Dollar smart contract to make programmable payments and investments, and set specific investment periods and target returns on the smart contract.
