Santiment posted on social media that from August 19 to October 16, 3.54% of the total supply of USDT and 0.72% of the total supply of USDC were transferred to exchanges. These transfers were a precursor to the overall rebound of cryptocurrencies from late October to mid-November. After a period of cooling off, USDT and USDC have returned.
