SEC Has Delayed Resolution on Invesco and Galaxy Ethereum Spot ETFs
The US SEC has postponed its decision on Invesco and Galaxy's Ethereum spot ETF, with a new deadline of February 6, 2024. (The Block Pro Headlines)As previously reported, in October of this year, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted on X platform that Invesco and Galaxy had submitted a revised version of their Ethereum spot ETF application "Invesco Galaxy Ethereum ETF" to the US SEC. Invesco originally submitted the application on September 29.
