There has been a surge in SIM card exchange attacks recently, and in the past 48 hours, the X accounts of project founders such as Manifold Trading and Rug Radio have been repeatedly stolen. On December 22nd, hackers managed to control Manifold Trading and its co-founder Jae Chung's X account, and released a malicious link leading to an encrypted asset drainer. Chung confirmed that the hacker attack was caused by a SIM card exchange attack. He also stated that any "financially sensitive" information is safe and measures are currently being taken to restore the account.
