Analysoor conducts review of WHEN casting activities, promises improvements to future operations
On December 27th, Analysoor, a Solana ecosystem protocol, conducted a thorough review of its first community Meme coin WHEN's minting activity and apologized to the community. During this event, Analysoor faced multiple technical challenges: first, the Backpack function malfunctioned, causing the wallet that received funds to stop working, requiring a 20-minute redeployment; second, RPC had issues that affected the website's transaction sending; additionally, the Jupiter swap API stopped working during LP creation, Meteora experienced malfunctions, and the Swap function was not available.
The Analysoor team also pointed out issues with their own operations: during the pre-launch quality check, they found that the Dune Analytics checksum did not match the backend result, forcing them to revert to an old version of the random number generator and add a limit of 5 transactions. Additionally, the team took too long in the verification process, lacked trust in the code, and still had concerns about sending large amounts of funds to the wrong address. The process of sending tokens was also too slow, and the team considered skipping the confirmation step or adding a queuing system to improve efficiency.
Analysoor stated that despite these challenges, these issues are not difficult to solve. They apologized to users for the poor experience that day and promised that this situation would not happen again.
