Report: Friend.tech user interface bug causing traders to overpay for “keys”
Security researchers Pawel Wylecial and "E.Laszlo" have released a report detailing an error in the implementation of the Friend.tech user interface, which caused traders to pay excessive fees for "keys" on the Friend.tech application. The error is described as being caused by the user interface caching information before creating the transaction, which is not synchronized with the blockchain during the transaction. This is usually caused by another user trading "keys" for the same account.
