Former US federal prosecutor James K. Filan stated on social media that in the SEC vs. Ripple lawsuit, the SEC requested a change to the deadline for the remedial measures brief, requesting an extension of the deadline for the defense brief to March 22, 2024, Ripple submitted an opposition to the extension of the defense brief deadline to April 22, 2024, and the SEC requested an extension of the deadline for the defense reply brief to May 6, 2024.
