Grayscale’s LINK fund premium has exceeded 700%, the highest premium in history
The price of Grayscale Investments' Chainlink Trust is at an all-time high premium. The market price of Chainlink Trust's stock (slightly above 0.92 LINK tokens per share) is $170.99. This represents a premium of over 700% compared to the $20.54 price of LINK on cryptocurrency exchanges.Chainlink Trust holds $8.4 million worth of LINK and charges a management fee of 2.50% per year.Reportedly launched in May 2022, Chainlink Trust has historically traded at a higher price than LINK tokens. Due to regulatory restrictions, institutional investors are often unable to directly hold cryptocurrencies, but they can purchase products such as Chainlink Trust to invest in crypto assets other than Bitcoin.
