Grayscale Chief Legal Officer: Believes Ethereum spot ETF will be approved in May
On March 26th, it was reported that despite recent news of a lack of contact between the US SEC and the applicant, Grayscale believes that the Ethereum ETF will be approved in May. Grayscale's Chief Legal Officer, Craig Salm, stated on the X platform that he does not believe that a lack of involvement from regulatory agencies necessarily means a certain outcome, and he personally will not be deterred. He believes that the Ethereum ETF should be approved.
