PayPal to appoint EY CEO Carmine Di Sibio to board of directors
PayPal announced that the company's board of directors intends to appoint the retiring Global Chairman and CEO of EY, Carmine Di Sibio, as an independent director of the board, with a term starting from July 1, 2024.Di Sibio previously announced that he will retire from EY in June 2024. According to EY's policy and practice, he can only join the board of a listed company after retirement.
