Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss issued a statement to criticize Gary Gensler
On November 16th, Gemini co-founder Tyler Winklevoss criticized Gary Gensler on the X platform. He stated that Gary Gensler should never again hold a position of influence, power, or impact. Any company, university, or organization that hires or works with him after the SEC is betraying the cryptocurrency industry and should be strongly resisted. This is the only way to prevent such abuse of government power from happening again in the future.
Gary Gensler's actions cannot be explained as innocent mistakes. His actions were carefully considered and intentional, at any cost, to achieve his personal political agenda, even if it means destroying an industry, tens of thousands of jobs, people's livelihoods, billions of dollars of investment capital, and so on. Ironically, his anti-social ambition ultimately destroyed his own party.
No amount of apology can compensate for the damage Gary Gensler has caused to the cryptocurrency industry and the country. Such people should not appear in any institution, no matter how big or small. Americans have had enough of their tax dollars going to a government that should protect them, but is instead used by politicians who want to pursue their own agendas against them. It is time to permanently stop this pathological behavior.
