The meme market became increasingly popular in the second half of 2024, and various meme trading bots and auxiliary tools continued to emerge. However, at the end of October, NFTSniper (hereinafter referred to as abot in common parlance), which has a considerable share in the Chinese area, announced that it would be removed from the shelves on January 1, 2025. The main advantages of this tool in meme trading include comprehensive functions, low latency, fast iteration, and the ability to update exclusive and practical tools (including meme and non-meme aspects) according to hot spots.
After abot announced that it would be shut down, we can see that some trading bots have targeted abot users and upgraded or upgraded similar functions. This article aims to explore which tools can serve as a replacement for abots advantages.
K-line and price
K-line and price are the most basic information of Meme transactions. This section compares GMGN (upper left), Photon (upper right), abot (lower left), and Dexscreener (lower right).
This section selects XRP (AZZy...) as the research object, and transactions occur almost every second. The screenshots of the four tool K-lines are as follows. In the first picture, you can see that GMGN and abot K-lines are consistent, Photon is one second apart, and Dexscreener is seven 1-second K-lines apart.
First Test
The screenshots are as follows after a few seconds. The GMGN and abot K-lines are consistent, the Photon is still one second apart, and the Dexscreener is six 1-second K-lines apart.
Second test
The screenshots taken a few seconds later are as follows. This time, GMGN, abot, and Photon are all consistent, but Dexscreener differs by five 1-second candlesticks.
Third test
Change of name
Pump tokens are often associated with X accounts, and the name change record of X accounts becomes an effective factor in determining whether it is a Rug project. The name change history query was previously a unique function of abot. A small number of professional X account tools such as Moni also provide similar functions, but they are not widely promoted due to the high fees.
Last week, GMGN updated the name change history information column (but did not support active query) and implemented a replacement version of this function.
In addition, Telegram Transaction Bot Solver also provides a name change query function, which can achieve the same effect.
In addition, according to the authors understanding, the name change query tool actually regularly polls the uid and name of each account and saves them, rather than retrieving official internal data. https://totoml.app API implementation, interested readers can perform secondary development.
Address monitoring
This section tests several public and free versions of address monitoring tools and compares their response speeds. The test objects include abot, Ray , DiTing , and GMGN , which are shown from left to right in the figure.
In this section, seven SOL and USDC exchanges were conducted as tests . The first result is shown in the figure below:
Abot has the fastest feedback speed, followed by Ray and Diting, which are almost sent out at the same time, and then GMGN. The time in the figure below is limited by the authors screenshot speed and is only used to show the order before and after, not the actual time difference.
First Test
The second result is shown in the figure below:
Among them, Ray is the fastest, followed by abot, and then Diting and GMGN.
Second test
The results of the next five tests were consistent with the second one. Ray pushed first and abot followed. The difference between the two was within 1 second. At present, it is the better monitoring tool.
Although Ray is the fastest, the free version is limited to monitoring 10 wallets and has a push limit of 15 times per minute. There are three other paid versions, and readers can consider whether to use them.
Twitter Monitoring
This feature has fewer use cases in Meme but is relatively practical. The only alternative tool the author knows of is the paid tool apidance , which is used to push new followers, new tweets, and other operations to the objects of attention, but there is a delay of tens of seconds. If you want ultra-low latency monitoring, it is still recommended to use the Twitter bell feature.
