I. Project introduction

MANTRA Chain is a Layer 1 blockchain network designed specifically for Real World Assets (RWA), aiming to bridge the gap between traditional finance and the blockchain world. The network enables assets to be quickly and securely put on the chain through compliance tools and efficient on-chain solutions, providing developers and users with a low-cost and high-speed interactive experience. With the booming development of the RWA field, MANTRA Chain provides complete compliance support and cross-chain capabilities, helping the digitization process of global assets.

The MANTRA Chain ecosystem is becoming increasingly rich, including multiple projects such as Estate Protocol, Pyse, and Mansa Finance. Recently, MANTRA Chain has promoted the RWA of electric motorcycles in the UAE, while collaborating with Google Cloud to provide stronger technical support for on-chain services. In addition, as a PoS consensus chain, users can obtain staking income by staking OM tokens, and can also open local currency staking wealth management to increase asset appreciation opportunities.

MANTRA Chain uses Cosmos SDK and IBC (Cross-Chain Communication Protocol) to achieve interoperability of multi-chain ecosystems, allowing developers to quickly deploy dApps and users to enjoy efficient and convenient cross-chain asset interaction experience.

II. Project highlights

The compliance-oriented RWA Layer 1 blockchain
MANTRA Chain is designed specifically for real-world asset (RWA) on-chain, providing Guard Module and KYC/AML support to ensure compliance in identity verification and asset interaction. Developers and users can securely and cost-effectively digitize assets and conduct compliance transactions on the chain.
2. Rich ecosystem and strong partners
MANTRA Chain has a diverse ecosystem including Estate Protocol, Pyse, and Mansa Finance, and has partnered with Google Cloud. Recently, it has also promoted the RWA of electric motorcycles in the UAE. Continuous ecological expansion and top capital support (such as Laser Digital and Shorooq Partners) have brought extensive resources and market influence to the project.
3. Pledge incentives and on-chain wealth management products
As a PoS consensus chain, users can stake OM tokens to obtain staking returns and participate in on-chain financial products. OM tokens also grant holders governance rights, allowing users to participate in the platform's future development decisions through voting, with both economic incentives and governance power.
4. Efficient cross-chain and developer-friendly infrastructure
MANTRA Chain is built on Cosmos SDK and supports IBC cross-chain Communication Protocol, achieving low-cost and high-speed on-chain and cross-chain transactions. At the same time, developers can quickly build multi-chain dApps through CosmWasm smart contracts and enjoy efficient and flexible development experience.

III. Market value expectations

MANTRA Chain (OM) is a Layer 1 blockchain designed specifically for real-world assets (RWA), dedicated to bridging the gap between traditional finance and the blockchain world. The platform aims to achieve fast and secure on-chain assets through compliance tools and efficient on-chain solutions, and provide developers and users with low-cost and high-speed interaction experiences. Currently, the unit price of OM is $4.03, the total supply is 1.792 billion OM, the circulation is 942 million OM, and the circulating market value is about $3.797 billion.
In order to evaluate the market potential of MANTRA Chain, we compared it with other leading blockchain projects, especially high-performance blockchains such as Sui (SUI), Solana ($SOL), and Ton ($TON).
Benchmark project:
Layer 1 blockchain: Sui/Mysten Labs ($SUI)
Unit price: $3.98
Market capitalization: 11.646 billion USD
Fully diluted market cap: $39.80 billion
Circulation: 2.928 billion SUI
Total Supply: 10 billion SUI
2. High-performance underlying blockchain: Solana ($SOL)
Unit price: 226.68 USD
Market capitalization: 107.928 billion USD
Fully diluted market cap: $133.672 billion

Total supply: 590 million SOL
3. Decentralized Layer 1 blockchain designed by Telegram: Ton ($TON)
Unit price: $6.45
Market capitalization: 16.452 billion USD
Fully diluted market cap: $33.004 billion
Circulation: 2.551 billion TON
Total Supply: 5.117 billion TON
Market value comparison with expectations
Benchmarking Sui ($SUI)
If $OM reaches the circulating market value of Sui ($11.646 billion), the unit price of $OM will rise to $11.22, an increase of about 178%.
Benchmarking Solana ($SOL)
If $OM reaches Solana's circulating market value level ($107.928 billion), the unit price of $OM will rise to $114.67, an increase of about 2836%.
Benchmark Ton ($TON)
If $OM reaches the circulating market value of Ton ($16.452 billion), the unit price of $OM will rise to $17.47, an increase of about 332%.

IV. Token Economics

The total supply of OM tokens is 888,888,888. Some of them will be released through early pre-sales and private publishing, while the rest will be distributed in stages through rewards, reserves, and development plans. The specific distribution is as follows:
Pre-sale and initial membership sale:
75.6 million OM (8.5% of the total) were sold during July 2020.
80 million OM (9% of the total), distributed through private publishing, with a six-month vesting period.
Team and consultants:
155.60 million OM (17.5% of the total), one eighteenth is unlocked every 30 days to support team operations and consultant fees.
Pledge Reward:
266.70 million OM (30% of the total), as a staking incentive, is released in five years through non-linear decay to reward staking activities within the ecosystem.
Recommended Plan:
111.10 million OM (12.5% of the total) is distributed in a linear pattern over five years for user growth and referral incentives.
Reserve funds:
88.90 million OM (10% of the total) as reserve funds, released linearly over five years to meet potential funding needs.
Protocol development:
111.10 million OM (12.5% of the total) is used to fund the development plan of the agreement and support the long-term construction of the ecology.
Function and purpose
Pledge and Reward:
OM can be used to participate in DeFi activities on the MANTRA platform, such as staking, lending, and earning rewards. By staking OM, users can not only unlock financial instruments and services on the platform, but also receive economic incentives.
Governance and voting rights:
Users who hold OM can participate in Platform Governance, vote on proposals that affect the future development of MANTRA, and directly influence the strategic direction of the platform.
Enter MANTRA POOL:
Users need to send 1 OM to MANTRA DAO's wallet to participate in MANTRA POOL activities.

V. Team and financing

The MANTRA team is led by two core members. Its co-founder and CEO, John Patrick Mullin, has educational backgrounds from Said Business School and Tongji University. He founded MANTRA four years ago and also serves as the founder of SOMA Finance, with deep experience in the financial and blockchain industries. CTO Martin Halford focuses on technical development, responsible for building and optimizing MANTRA's blockchain architecture and technical solutions to ensure the stability and innovation of the project.
In terms of financing, MANTRA has received support from many top investment institutions.
In March 2023, the project completed a round of $11 million financing, with investors including Shorooq Partners, Hex Trust, Mapleblock, Token Bay Capital and other well-known institutions. In addition, in August 2020, the project also attracted strategic investments from several capital sources such as Kenetic Capital, GenBlock Capital, and Moonrock Capital.
The latest round of financing occurred in May 2023, with participation from Laser Digital. Through continuous capital injection and global capital support, MANTRA has laid a solid foundation for exploration and development in the blockchain and RWA fields.

VI. Risk Warning

1. The healthy development of the project ecosystem depends on the continuous growth of developers and users. If the core projects in the ecosystem such as Estate Protocol and Pyse progress slowly or fail, it may affect the overall active level and user confidence on the chain.
2. As a project that focuses on putting RWA (real-world assets) on the chain, MANTRA Chain faces legal and compliance challenges in different countries and regions. Although compliance tools such as KYC/AML can reduce risks, differences in regulatory policies worldwide may affect the promotion and implementation of the project.
