According to official news, L1 general blockchain ZetaChain announced that stc Bahrain, a subsidiary of the largest mobile operator in the Middle East, Saudi Telecom Company (STC), will become its network validator, cooperating with other key participants such as Google Cloud and Coinbase.
"The cooperation with ZetaChain marks an important step for us in promoting fully interoperable Web3 applications," said Saad Odeh, Chief Wholesale Officer of stc Bahrain. "ZetaChain's general blockchain simplifies the Web3 experience on all blockchains for users while also demonstrating our commitment to promoting the development of blockchain technology in this region. It is reported that ZetaChain ecosystem currently has more than 4 million independent wallets, 154 million transactions and over 300 dApp integrations. Stc Bahrain will help developers and enterprises achieve seamless cross-chain functionality through this system, promoting the application and popularization of blockchain technology in the Middle East and beyond.
