ai16z Founder: no control over AI Pool, no access to private keys
Shaw, the founder of ai16z, has responded to the AI Pool project, which has been getting a lot of attention in the market lately, in a new interview. Shaw, who has endorsed the project several times on social media before, explained that AI Pool is a project of his partner Skely, and is simply based on ElizaOS technology. The program operates like pump.fun, but the entire process is integrated into the social media platform, making it easier and fairer for users to participate.
Shaw emphasizes the autonomy of the project, saying that it exhibits the characteristics of a true autonomous agent - the project is completely self-governing and even ai16z can't intervene: there is no access to private keys, no way to extract funds, and no way to manipulate the project's operation.
