Musk: BlackRock holds less than 0.5% of xAI
Musk tweeted that "BlackRock holds less than 0.5% of xAI shares and they are one of many investors." Earlier, Musk's AI company xAI announced the completion of a $600 million Series C financing round, with major investors including a16z, BlackRock, Fidelity Management & Research Company, Kingdom Holdings, Lightspeed, MGX, Morgan Stanley, OIA, QIA, Sequoia Capital, Valor Equity Partners, and Vy Capital.
