According to a report by CBS in the United States, President Trump will announce that OpenAI, SoftBank, and Oracle are establishing a joint venture called Stargate. They plan to invest billions of dollars in building artificial intelligence infrastructure in the country. The report states that Sam Altman from OpenAI, Larry Ellison from Oracle, and Masayoshi Son, CEO of SoftBank are expected to gather at the White House that afternoon.
