Mining company MARA: Bitcoin mining saves Texas $18 billion in costs
BTC mining company MARA posted on x, stating that Bitcoin mining has saved Texas approximately 18 billion dollars in costs by replacing expensive gas peaking power plants.
At the same time, including MARA, Bitcoin miners have balanced energy use during peak electricity periods, enhancing the stability of the power grid and achieving dual advantages in cost and reliability.
