Fed Chairman Powell: Balance sheet is still shrinking
Fed Chairman Powell stated that the balance sheet is still shrinking and liquidity remains ample. The Fed will monitor the situation in the reserve market and will attempt to stop the reduction of the balance sheet when market conditions slightly exceed "ample."
