The Web3 Foundation proposes a 10 million DOT plan to boost ZK innovation and network sovereignty

The Polkadot community is proceeding with the 498th Web3 Foundation proposal, aiming to allocate 10 million DOT from the treasury to consolidate Kusama as a primary hub for advanced Web3 technologies, including zero-knowledge (zk) innovation, art and identity proof experiments. This fulfills the pre-launch commitment of investing 1% of the original DOT supply (10 million DOT) to enhance Kusama's value proposition.
