$150,000 Bitcoin Incoming by the End of the Year, According to deVere Group CEO Nigel Green – Here’s Why
The CEO of the financial services firm deVere Group, Nigel Green, is predicting that Bitcoin ( BTC ) will hit a massive six-figure target by the year’s end.
In a new video update, Green says that Bitcoin may see a boost from US President Donald Trump’s support of crypto, helping to pump it to $150,000 this year.
He also says that Trump’s tariff policies may create macroeconomic turmoil, driving investors to move their wealth into the safe haven asset golf. However, Green says some investors may also invest in Bitcoin, treating it like digital gold.
“Bitcoin has the opportunity to do incredibly well. And of course, with the Trump administration and all the things that they’re doing, on one hand the positive of supporting crypto and backing it, and of course, looking for a digital future for America, and at the same time causing a little, perhaps, chaos if there are tariffs.
Of course, that again makes many people concerned about what’s going to happen with emerging markets and what’s going to happen with other countries. Well, of course, when there is uncertainty, more and more people invest in gold. Yes, of course. But they also want an alternative, and Bitcoin gives that alternative. For me, $150,000 by the end of the year.”
Bitcoin is trading for $87,163 at time of writing, flat on the day.
