According to TechCrunch, the cross-border remittance app Abound has announced the completion of a $14 million financing round, led by NEAR Foundation, with participation from Circle Ventures, Times Internet and other investors.
The company plans to use the new funds to expand its business scope, increase product variety, and improve its technical infrastructure. It also plans to gradually enter markets such as Canada, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates.
