The next few days could be critical for price direction as SOL approaches a key support. SOL Ichimoku Cloud Signals Bad. The Ichimoku Cloud chart for Solana is showing a clear bearish structure, with price action trading below both the Kijun-sen (red line) and the Tenkan-sen (blue line). The Lagging Span (green line) is also positioned below the price candles and the cloud, reinforcing the negative outlook. At the same time, +DI fell from 17.32 to 8.82, while -DI rose to 31.09 and remained stable at this level for the past two days. This structure shows that sellers are in control and the downtrend is strong and strengthening. As long as -DI remains dominant and ADX is at high levels, SOL is likely to remain under pressure in the short term. Could Solana Drop Below $110? Solana recently formed a death cross where the short-term moving averages crossed below the long-term ones. It is now approaching a key support at $120—if this level is broken, the Solana price could drop to $112 and possibly below $110 for the first time since February 2024. If the bulls step in and buying pressure returns, SOL could rally towards the resistance at $136. A break above this level could lead to a push towards $147, which acted as a strong resistance five days ago.
