Bitget Update on Turkish Language Support

For our users based in Türkiye, the following changes have been made to the Bitget platform within the scope of decisions and requirements regarding user experience, compliance and transparency:

1. Turkish Language Support: As of October 2024, Bitget Global will not be providing Turkish language support.
2. Marketing Activities: All marketing activities towards users based in Türkiye have been terminated.

However, Bitget Global will continue to provide services to its users in Türkiye.

This update does not constitute any changes in user asset protection, our security standards or continuity of services.
