You can contact customer service to determine if the reset is necessary to ensure the safety of your assets. If you want to change your name without updating your ID, you can do so on the Identity Verification page.
  • After resetting, your identity verification status will be marked as unverified, and most account features, including deposits and transactions, will be disabled. Therefore, it is recommended to complete identity verification with a new ID promptly to ensure regular account access.
  • Please note that if you attempt to use the same ID for identity verification after the reset, your application may be rejected.
  • You must pass facial verification to complete the reset, and it must match your current verified face. If you encounter any issues, contact customer service for assistance.
